In 2011 a bus driver in the U.K. was intentionally running down a bicyclist and ramming him. The driver ended up getting sentenced to 17 months in jail. It was a moment captured on video. The shocking online video shows the driver swerving into a cyclist. The two had apparently gotten into and argument while driving down the road. The judge had some stern words for the driver, "You used the vehicle as a weapon to bully and intimidate". It was said to be a "moment of madness".
